High-odds football predictions this weekend.
Burnley faces Manchester United at the Turf Moor in a match from the 6th round of the Premier League. Let’s see what we can tell you about it in our high-odds football predictions this weekend.
Let’s start with the hosts here. Burnley are in the relegation zone of the division with just one point since the beginning of the campaign. They have won just one point in five matches played. Certainly that’s not good enough if they want to survive.
Last week Burnley finally won their first pont for the season – 1-1 against Nottingham Forest away from home. Zeki Amdouni opened the score for Burnley, but in the second half Vincent Kompany’s team condeded an equalising goal.
Burnley finished their last game with a red card. Lyle Foster was sent off so he won’t play against the Red Devils.
Manchester United are desperate for a better performance this season. Erik ten Hag’s team lost three of its last four matches in the Premier League. With just 6 points won, United are now outside of the Top 10.
Last week Manchester United hosted Brighton & Hove Albion at home, but once again they lost against the Seagulls – 1-3. The youngster Hannibal Mejbri scored his first Premier League goal, but Brighton played better and at the end took the three points.
Now Erik ten Hag could make some changes in the line-up again. Let’s see if players like Wan-Bissaka and Pellistri start at the Turf Moor. Meanwhile the new signing Rasmus Hojlund still looks for his first goal since arriving at the Old Trafford. The Danish striker didn’t have such luck in the first two matches.
That’s the high-odds football predictions this weekend for the Premier League match between Burnley and Manchester United. Both teams are having some problems at the moment. Maybe United are favorites, but let’s see if they can escape this crisis.
